These grain free Seeded Crackers with Chocolate Hazelnut Avocado Spread are sugar and dairy free and are a fantastic afternoon snack as they are not only delicious but high in protein, good fats, and fibre – perfect for keeping those hunger pangs away until dinnertime.

Seeded Crackers with Chocolate Hazelnut Avocado Spread
Crackers:
⅔ cup pumpkin seeds
⅔ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flax meal or flax seeds
½ tsp salt
¾ cup water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Add water and stir well.
Set aside for around 20 mins.
The mixture will thicken and become gooey.
Spread into a thin layer evenly onto baking paper on a baking tray.
Score your mix into cracker shapes.
Bake at 170c for 30 minutes.
Chocolate Hazelnut Avocado Spread:
2 ripe mashed avocados
¼ cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
Pinch of Stevia powder to sweeten
Pinch of salt.
Instructions:
Mash avocados into a smooth consistency.
Add all other ingredients and blend until you get a nice creamy spread.
Pile onto your seeded crackers and swoon.
