These are absolutely my favourite ‘cheeses’ ever! They are so good I like them much more than regular cheese.

Pictured are the Casheta Cashew Feta which is smooth and creamy with a delicious herb flavour, the Chipotle Smoked Jalapeno Cashew Cheese – a round block rolled in paprika, fantastic on platters or cheese boards – and the Cotta Cashew Ricotta which you can use in dishes like cannelloni, in tortellini or with baked stuffed apples.

Not pictured, but also amazing, are round cheeses; Ash Smoked Cashew Cheese which is layered with activated ash (this is just so good) and Cumin Cashew Cheese with toasted cracked pepper and nigella seeds (black cumin seeds). Both of these cheeses are also fabulous on platters and cheese boards or with figs.
