This tasty Green Goddess Power Dressing is an easy way to add extra nutrition to any salad, vegetable platter or even your green smoothie.
The main ingredient is avocado and Nutrient Rescue’s Green Shot Powder, which contains wheat and barley grass, green peas, broccoli sprouts, spearmint and manuka leaf. It’s rich in minerals, chlorophyll, vitamins C, A, B-12 and amino acids.
If you don’t have Green Shot Powder on hand you can use powdered wheatgrass (but it won’t taste quite as good).

1 cup Coconut milk
2 Tbsp (or more) Nutrient Rescue Green Shot
1 Avocado
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 Cup Coriander (can substitute parsley)
1/4 Cup Spring onion green tops only
Himalayan salt and black ground pepper to taste
Here’s how to make it
Get out your blender and add all the ingredients. A teaspoon of salt and a few twists of the pepper grinder work well but up to you how much you add, taste and adjust as you go.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, keep in an air tight jar in the fridge.
