I know many of you are careful about what you eat, like me. I go for food which is as natural as it can be and I don’t particularly worry about saturated fats in butter or milk, as long as I don’t eat too many of them. I believe that these are fats we are designed to digest, not chemically modified oils that you find in spreads.
And I’m sure many of you, like me, get frustrated at the advice we are given. Remember when eggs were bad for you, then they weren’t? When people drank full fat milk which was all you could get straight from the cow rather than the watered down and modified various low fat versions you get today?
I found this article in the Sydney Morning Herald a really good guide about what is safe to eat and what you should avoid. I hope you enjoy it.
