PARMESAN
I’ll be trying this recipe out over the weekend as it’s looking to be a very indoors kind of weekend. I’ve never even thought about making parmesan and I think that’s because it’s very available to us in all it’s various forms from our supermarkets, so I’ll blame laziness for that. I have made mozzarella before which was quite fun and I had pretty good results, too, so I hope this turns out as good.
