There’s nothing quite like a cup of hot cocoa on a cold winter’s night and I’m a big fan. Did you know that cocoa is very good for you? It is loaded with antioxidants and is very good for de-stressing and lowering blood pressure. The problem is traditionally you add a lot of sugar to the cocoa to make it taste okay. But I’ve started drinking it without sugar and it tastes fine. It is certainly not as bitter as coffee and when you have it in hot milk the natural sugars in the milk make it quite okay.
