Anouk’s Gluten Free Bread

3Tbs Sunflower Seeds

3 Tbs Pumpkin Seeds

1 Tbs Chia Seeds

1/3 Cup Chopped Almonds

1.5 Cups Almond Meal

3 Tbs LSA (or 3 Tbs finely ground almonds, sunflower and linseeds)

1 tsp Pure Baking Soda

2 Tbs Coconut Flour

6 Eggs

1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

4 Tbs Coconut Oil

1 tsp Sea Salt

Method

Just melt the coconut oil and throw all the ingredients together.

Put in a greased bread tin and bake for about 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

I freeze it in sections and only defrost a weeks worth of slices and then toast it with more butter! So good!

Enjoy, Anouk.
