This recipe is a liquid alternative to our fantastic Green Goddess Natural-San which is an oxygen soaker, stain remover and sanitiser that is brilliant at getting dirt and grime out of your clothes whilst making whites whiter and colours brighter.
Natural Liquid Bleach is a stain remover that also cleans and whitens without removing the colour from your garments (unlike chlorine bleach). Made from only four ingredients this natural bleach can be kept in a spray bottle and used directly on stains when they occur, it can also be added to your wash or used for cleaning your washing machine and laundry tub.
DIY Natural Liquid Bleach
3 cups Filtered Water
1 cup 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
3 drops Thieves Essential Oil
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large jar and stir to combine.
Use 1/2 a cup of this solution in your wash, or spray directly onto stains and then wash as usual.
