A workshop to reconnect, rest and nourish.  As women, our bodies are always evolving – through cycles, seasons and stages. But how often do we really pause to understand and care for ourselves in a way that feels aligned and supportive?

That’s why we’re so excited about Anna Valentine’s upcoming Women’s Wellness Workshop. It’s a beautiful day of connection, nourishing food, herbal wisdom, and hands-on self-care rituals – designed to leave you feeling empowered, in tune, and deeply nurtured.

As women, our bodies move through constant shifts and cycles—physically, emotionally, and hormonally. And yet, we’re often expected to carry on without truly understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, let alone how to support ourselves through it all.

In this workshop with Anna’s guidance you will explore the foods that truly support us at different stages of our lives, dive into some nourishing, seasonal recipes, and enjoy the simple ritual of making and sharing food together.

During the day you’ll sip on herbal teas and tonics tailored to your current phase – whether you’re menstruating, peri-menopausal, postpartum, or anywhere in between.

There will also be hands-on herbal medicine making, a beautiful body or tummy rub creation (customised to your needs), and a personalised essential oil blend to take home – something that feels both practical and sacred.

And most importantly, there will be an in-depth look at the inner workings of our female bodies, so you can walk away feeling more informed, more supported, and more in tune with yourself.

Supporting ourselves during our monthly cycle by eating with our seasons/phases of our period is super important, and as we transition through peri-menopause and menopause we can make life a lot easier for ourselves and can seriously make a difference to unwanted negative effects of our changing hormones, whether it be menstrual or menopausal.

There is a plethora of plants out there to help us along the way, we can draw from ancient herbal knowledge and the most recent nutritional information to support these phases of our lives so we don’t have to dread them. So lets nourish ourselves and help each other to feel good in our glorious bodies by embracing what mother nature has provided us and utilising these gifts, some of which are growing right under our feet.

In this workshop we will learn what foods support us during this time, with some tasty recipes we will make and eat together, supportive herbal teas and tonics depending on where we are in our lives, learn and make some herbal remedies, a nourishing body/tummy rub depending on where you are at and a personalised essential oil blend to take home with you along with an in-depth dive into the workings of our female bodies so we can better understand how to support ourselves.

This workshop is $90 per person includes food and drink, recipe and information file.
