Big News: Our New Recyclable Laundry Powder Bags Are Here!

We’re beyond excited to share a big packaging update with you – our laundry powders are getting a fresh new look AND a sustainability upgrade that’s easy for everyone.

Our new bags are certified paper recyclable and can go straight into your kerbside paper recycling bin anywhere in New Zealand. No more wondering what to do with the packaging, no need to remove labels and compost at home (which many people are not able to do). All you have to do is give the bag a good shake and pop it in your kerbside bin.

These fantastic new bags come from Econic, a Kiwi company doing amazing things for the planet. It has taken many, many, months to find these bags that tick all of the boxes:

🌿 No silver plant based lining, which means no chance of clashing with our essential oil blends
🌿 Direct printing on the bag – no more label waste
🌿 Moisture-resistant, heat-sealable, and strong – say goodbye to powder leaks and tears
🌿 Approved for direct food contact – super safe and great for our premium food grade baking soda also

We’re rolling out the change gradually, starting with our Unscented Laundry Powder Concentrate. As our existing label stocks run out, the rest of our range – including the Premium Ingredients Range – will move into these sleek new white recyclable bags too.

We’re absolutely loving the clean new look, but most of all, we love that this change supports our mission to reduce land fill waste and make sustainable living easier for you.
