It probably comes as no surprise, but palm oil is still bad. And it turns out that even the eye-roll inducing “sustainable” palm oil used by so many environmentally friendly companies (NZ companies included) might be just as bad. Here’s a great article that goes into great detail about the MANY facets of the industry that make supporting it seem rather questionable.
