DIY romance blend

his easy-to-make essential oil blend is made with a selection of my favourite essential oils – ylang-ylang, sandalwood and jasmine. This blend not only smells divine but also works on an emotional and energetic level to enhance the senses without any harmful toxins.

Many commercial perfumes contain phthalates which are known as endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs). They can mimic or interfere with the body’s hormones, particularly estrogen, testosterone, and thyroid hormones. This disruption can lead to hormonal imbalances and affect reproductive and developmental processes.
