Project Kure is a Private Members Association that provides this product to its members via Green Goddess. Education and resources regarding Kure products are also available.

Whilst all care and practicable measures are and have been taken to ensure our members privacy, we can not guarantee 100% safety or security of anything digitally stored, as such no liability is accepted by the project should digital breaches outside of our control occur.
Membership Pathway:
A General Membership starts with the verification of your application and agreeing to this Member Agreement, no application fee is required.
A General Membership provides access to this member only product and resources from Kure regarding their products.
If you wish to resign your Membership, please notify us in writing. info@greengoddess.co.nz
Upon resignation, access will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure:
As a member of Project Kure, you must sight and agree to our self-executing Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Please note:
- You will be privy to confidential information that must remain within the confines of our community.
- You agree to uphold strict confidentiality, not disclosing any information without written consent from Project Kure as per the NDA.
- You are responsible for safeguarding all confidential information to prevent unauthorized use and or sharing.
- This self-executing NDA is binding and integrated into your membership obligations.
- The terms herein align with natural common law and the foundational principles of Project Kure.
- Reading this agreement is a testament to your commitment to our ethos.
- By acknowledging this agreement it is deemed and agreed upon that you have read this agreement in it’s entirety, fully comprehend the agreement and are bound to our terms of membership.
Waiver of Responsibility:
Project Kure, including its team, distributors, consultants, facilitators, and members, are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by individual members. The community serves as a platform for shared learning, support, and access to wellness resources, without imposing directives or influencing personal choices.
All actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from membership participation are solely at the discretion and responsibility of the individual member. Project Kure does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice or accept any liability for personal choices made.
Members are expected to use all products responsibly and follow dosage instructions closely. Any deviation from usage guidelines is at the member’s own risk.
The opinions and guidance provided by Project Kure are based on accumulated knowledge, personal experience, and extensive research, but are not intended to be medical advice.

All payments for products must be made at the time of purchase. Member products will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
Refund Policy:
Project Kure via Green Goddess offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products to ensure member satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact info@greengoddess.co.nz with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is returned in its original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

By emailing your registration, it is acknowledged that this agreement has been read in its entirety and there is agreement to all the terms, conditions, points, clauses and or statements contained herein this member agreement.
Each registered member agrees to the following for the duration of their
membership:
To not engage in, participate in, conspire to, or undertake any action or inaction, with the intent or intention to cause any harm, loss, damage or injury to others or property; and
To at all times live, operate and conduct oneself in and with honour and integrity; and
For the purposes of this agreement, it is here now agreed upon by all parties involved, that completing the online registration is deemed as the same as a wet ink signature or autograph and that a digital acknowledgment carries the same responsibilities, obligations and liabilities as a wet ink signature or autograph.
