There's a brand-new competition that’s set to celebrate the artistry, skill, and innovation of vegan bakers across the country. The New Zealand Vegan Pastry Awards has been launched by The Vegan Society and entries need to be in by 9-12th October.
From flaky, buttery-style croissants to silky custard squares and creative Danish delights, this competition is your chance to shine and show how delicious plant-based baking can be. Whether you’re a well-known bakery or a passionate artisan creating wonders in your own kitchen, this is your moment to be recognised.
