DIY Reusable Cleaning Wipes

These natural reusable wipes are inexpensive and so easy to make, they use ingredients that are readily available and most likely already in your cupboard. 

White Vinegar helps inhibit mould and bacteria, while the carefully selected blend of essential oils adds natural cleansing properties, making these wipes perfect for tackling everyday messes without relying on harsh chemicals.

Simple, effective and reusable.

DIY Reusable Cleaning Wipes

1 cup pure filtered water
1/2 cup Green Goddess Premium White Vinegar
1/3 cup vodka
2 ml Green Goddess Unscented Castile Soap
12 drops lavender essential oil
8 drops orange or lemon essential oil
8 drops tea tree oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
Good Change Reusable Bamboo Wipes or cut up Tea Towels
Glass jar or container with a lid

Purchase essential oils here

Put the water, vinegar and vodka into a glass measuring jug and stir to combine. Add the essential oils and stir again. Get your glass jar and decide how big your wipes need to be, then cut the wipes to size and place into the jar pressing down firmly.

Pour in the solution, put the lid on the jar, give it a good shake and leave it upside down for 10 minutes to ensure all the wipes are wet. That’s it, they’re ready to use! Machine wash the wipes and they’re ready to be used again.
