2026 Dairy Free Awards

The results are in for the 2026 People’s Choice Dairy Free Awards, presented by The Vegan Society, an organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting plant-based living across New Zealand.

These awards are voted by the public. They recognise the dairy-free products that people genuinely enjoy, regularly choose, and also recommend to friends and family.

Congratulations to all the winning brands, and to every producer who was nominated. 

It’s encouraging to see how far dairy-free options have come, not just as alternatives, but as products people genuinely love. Whether you’re fully plant-based or simply reducing dairy, there are now so many choices available.

It’s always a good idea to check the ingredient list - especially for additives and refined sugar - to make sure you’re choosing the best option nutritionally.
