I already knew that using electronic devices like phones, Ipads, and laptops is horrendous for our sleep patterns. I find the screens a bit much to look at in the dark anyway and much prefer a book in bed, but I had no idea that we were risking temporary blindness by taking these things to bed with us. Click here to read the article that’s got me worried about this—don’t click it if you’re in bed, though.
