RECOMMENDED: In the top of the dishwasher on a full cycle.
In the washing machine (no fabric softener) with warm to hot water.
Bacteria killing: research recommends to wet it and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Avoid tumble-drying if possible.
No ironing. -
