15ml olive oil
5 drops ylang-ylang essential oil
5 drops ginger essential oil
3 drops nutmeg essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
Mix all of the ingredients together and keep the mixture out of direct light.
Rub onto areas where you are experiencing pain.
