Homemade Energy Tonic

2 Teaspoons Manuka honey (to taste)
1 Teaspoon each of fresh ginger root & ginseng root finely diced
1/4 Teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 Teaspoon tumeric

Hot water

I use a tea pot with a tea strainer to make this tonic. Combine all the ingredients in your tea pot and pour over the hot water, leave to steep for a few minutes then pour and add a dash of cold water to drink.

Can be kept in the pot in the refrigerator and used again.
