This DIY foot powder made with just two ingredients helps to keep feet fresh, and as both cloves and sage contain powerful anti-fungal oils this is a great remedy for athlete’s foot – a fungal infection caused by sweaty feet resulting in raw and itchy skin.
It’s one of the many beautifully simple and natural recipes from Wendyl Nissen’s book A Natural Year: Living Simply Through the Seasons.
