Lavender has been one of my favourite essential oil scents ever since I became interested in them back in the 90s. I love using it in baths, on linen, in the bathroom, and on pretty much anything and anywhere around the house that I want smelling nice. The claims made my so many people (including myself) about lavender having relaxing properties make it stand out among the rest, too. I’ve never given any thought to using it in food, though, and I’m hesitant to try this recipe I found for lavender-laced grilled salmon, but it could be a reason for me to love lavender even more, so I’ll make sure I do.
