It’s Paleo, Keto and Vegan friendly so nobody has to miss out!

This three seed porridge is quick to make and high in protein and healthy fats to kick start your day and balance your blood sugar levels right from the get-go! It’s also very high in fibre to support bowel health and elimination.

Chia, Hemp & Flax Porridge

Ingredients:

 3 tbsp chia seeds

 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

 1 serve protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

 1-1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

 1 tbsp hemp seeds

 1 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)

 ½ cup berries

 Additional topping options: pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut

Method:

Place chia seeds, flaxseeds, protein powder, milk into a small saucepan or frypan and stir together continuously for 3-4 minutes until the mixture forms a thick texture (add more liquid if needed).

Pour porridge into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, berries, tahini or nut butter.
