Looking for a quick chocolate fix that doesn't require turning on the oven? These decadent little raw treats are the perfect solution.
Made with rolled oats, protein-rich hemp hearts, creamy peanut butter and dark chocolate, these bite sized delights come together in minutes in a food processor. A sprinkle of toasted hemp hearts adds a lovely nutty crunch, while a touch of rock salt beautifully balances the sweetness and enhances the chocolate flavour.
Keep a batch stored in the fridge or freezer for an easy grab-and-go snack, lunchbox treat or healthier dessert. Because they're made with natural ingredients and no baking is required, they do soften when left at room temperature, so they're best enjoyed straight from the fridge. The hardest part is stopping at just one!

Oaty Hempy Peanut Butter Cups
INGREDIENTS
50 g rolled oats
20 g hemp hearts
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch salt
Second layer
100 g smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate topping
70 g dark chocolate (melted)
Decorate
1 pinch toasted hemp hearts OR rock salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix the ingredients for the base in a bowl and press into a 6 cup silicon muffin tray. (or 12 minis) Freeze for 15 mins.
While that’s setting, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl for the second layer, and spread over the base.
Top with melted chocolate.
Decorate as desired.
