These dark chocolate fat bombs from Holistic Nutritionalist Natalie Brady are rich in good-for-you fats and antioxidants, making them a delicious way to keep your energy stable and your cravings in check - perfect for the holiday season when things can get rather hectic.
They're wonderfully simple to make and, of course, completely free from refined sugar. With just a few ingredients, you can whip them up in minutes and keep them on hand for those moments when you feel like a naturally sweet little treat.

Natalie's Dark Chocolate Fat Bombs
4 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup nut butter or tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Add all the ingredients (except the sea salt) to a small saucepan and warm gently over low heat. Stir until everything has melted together into a smooth, glossy mixture. Pour the liquid chocolate into silicone moulds, sprinkle with a little sea salt if you like, and place in the freezer for about two hours or until set.
Once firm, remove the chocolates from the moulds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge. They’re rich, satisfying, and the perfect little treat to have on hand.
