Pumpkin and Black Seed Milk

In today’s world, parasite overgrowth is more common than many people realise. Fatigue, bloating, skin issues, sugar cravings, and even brain fog can sometimes trace back to unwanted guests living in the gut. While the idea of a "parasite cleanse" might sound intense, it doesn’t have to be.

Nature provides us with powerful tools to support the body in gently removing parasites and restoring balance - without harsh chemicals or extreme protocols.

Both pumpkin seeds and black seeds (Nigella sativa) have been traditionally used for centuries to support digestive health, detoxification, and immune resilience.

Black seeds are also used to support menstrual cycle, and fertility in both males and females, and are high in essential minerals.

Pumpkin seeds are also high in magnesium and immune-boosting zinc.

When combined, they create a nutrient-rich, plant-based milk that’s not only easy to prepare but also an effective first step in cleansing your system.

Here's how to make it ...

½ cup raw pumpkin seeds (preferably organic)

1–2 tsp black seed (Nigella sativa) or 1 tsp black seed oil

2 cups filtered water (for blending)

Optional flavour additions:

1 or 2 Medjool dates

¼ tsp cinnamon (antiparasitic and improves taste)

Pinch of Celtic sea salt

½ tsp ginger powder or a small slice of fresh ginger (optional, also antiparasitic)

Instructions:

Soak the pumpkin seeds in water for 6–8 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse before use.

Add the soaked seeds, black seeds (or oil), and 2 cups fresh filtered water to a blender.

Add any optional ingredients.

Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

Strain the milk using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh sieve if desired (optional – unstrained contains more fiber, which may be beneficial for gut health).

Drink fresh or refrigerate and consume within 2–3 days.

How to Use for Parasite Cleanse:

Drink 1/2 cup on an empty stomach in the morning for up to 7 days.

Combine with a clean, anti-inflammatory diet for best results (low sugar, no processed foods, no alcohol).
