This recipe is our go to take anywhere treat. Super versatile as it suits anyone dairy and gluten free!
Gluten & Dairy Free Jaffa Balls
1 cup of walnuts (or any other fav nut)
1 cup of cashews
1 cup of dates (soak in hot water to soften)
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1 Tbsp Peanut butter (or any other fav nut butter)
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
Optional more cacoa powder or cacao nips for rolling
Method
Blitz in a food processor until smooth and roll into balls.
Then roll balls into cocoa powder or nibs.
Chill and then serve.
