This delicious non-alcoholic peach mocktail will be a big hit with the whole family. Cool and refreshing, it will help beat the summer heat and adds that little something special to Christmas celebrations for those not wanting to drink alcohol.
However, if you or any of your guests do feel like a tipple, it’s also quite lovely with vodka.
The candied oranges in this recipe pair wonderfully with the frozen peaches; you can buy them at speciality stores or it’s pretty easy to make your own using mandarins, sugar, and a little orange juice.

Frozen Peach Mocktail With Candied Orange
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1.5 cups Appletiser sparkling apple juice
5 candied orange slices plus more as a garnish
1.5 teaspoons lime juice

Here’s how to make it
Place the sliced peaches and orange slices in the freezer for an hour.
Combine the peaches, oranges, lime juice and Appletiser in a blender and blend until smooth. If you are adding vodka then this is the time to do it, one nip (or 50ml) per glass.
Pour into two or three glasses depending on the size and add a slice of candied orange on top to serve.
