Best-U started as I personally put on a lot of weight over Lockdown. I have been playing high level sport for over 30 years and have tried every single diet that I know of.

There are positives and negatives for each diet. So I decided I wanted a plan that could fit into my lifestyle, that was achievable on the run, that gave me energy, and didn’t let me go to bed hungry, as all the other diets seemed to do this.

So I researched and combined the current sciences of the Atkins diet, intermittent fasting, portion control, timing, walking and the French diet and experimented on myself wth this new formula.

I easily lost 17kg.
