I’ve been so inactive the past few months that I have a lot of aches and pains which I know could be stretched out by a decent long walk, which isn’t going to happen.
So I’ve been doing some yoga, and I’m going to keep it up as part of my 2016 exercise plan. I found this link really useful for just getting a good stretch, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting like I do, also this site is great if you’re starting out.
And have a look at the Yoga Studio app on your phone if you want to get into more yoga. You can choose different classes or customise classes to fit your needs. Enjoy.
