This is a quick way to get plenty of vitamin C in just one hit.

With all the winter bugs that are around at the moment, keeping your vitamin C levels up is super important. As soon as you feel a cold or flu coming on, make one of these drinks and enjoy up to twice a day. It’s refreshing, tastes great and will provide a good vitamin C boost.

The drink I made was for three people. Lucas’s Dad used to make this every time anyone had a hint of a cold.

All you have to do is peel several oranges (mine were small so I used five) cut in half and place in a blender or nutri bullet, then add soda water, about 1/4 cup per orange. Blend and drink!
