Healthy Easter ideas

Easter is nearly upon us and that usually means a complete overindulgence in chocolate! We wanted to send our grand-daughters in the US something healthy but in the end we were constrained by distance and availability so their Mum and Dad will be forced to ration their very American Frozenbaskets when they arrive!
If they were here though I’d definitely be following some of the ideas I found in this article. and maybe you’d like to too. Although I’m not sure how many kids will appreciate a bunch of carrots! Still there are some nice ideas for peanut butter eggs and cheesy rabbits!
